T.P.F. S.r.l. is aware of the difficulties and opportunities that the market imposes and that in order to deal with a complex situation such as today’s, it is necessary to organise and monitor processes accurately.
The decision-making process is based on the collection of information, its analysis and the elaboration of evolutionary scenarios, in order to plan the company strategy. T.P.F. S.r.l., therefore, considers it of fundamental importance to have an organisational system that allows it to harmonise and keep under control its processes and the collection of information deriving from them. It is managed by means of computer systems that allow it to be stored and processed for the purpose of improvement.
A Management System is maintained in compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, which allows for greater internal efficiency and a better predisposition to satisfy the needs and expectations of customers. Operationally, the Quality of the realisations is guaranteed through the use of state-of-the-art construction technologies and materials.
It is the firm belief of T.P.F. S.R.L. that through a precise definition and distribution of responsibilities at all company levels and a correct use of resources (personnel, technology, infrastructures, financial means, knowledge and methodologies) the correct control of company processes is achieved.
T.P.F. pursues objectives such as:
- The tidiness and cleanliness of the working environment
- The well-being of the employee
- An adequate level of equipment commensurate with the type of production
The efforts made for continuous improvement are aimed at strengthening T.P.F.’s image in order to establish itself in an ever-changing market. The analysis of results is the fundamental tool for analysing processes and pursuing the company’s continuous improvement strategy.
The primary objective of T.P.F. S.r.l. is to pursue continuous improvement and customer satisfaction by monitoring and managing the company’s growth. The Quality objective is pursued in full integration with suppliers, as the Quality of supplies is a decisive part of the Company’s Quality. With this in mind, the Management establishes objectives in the short and medium term that are made known and shared at all levels of the organisation.
